Took our Mitsubishi Shogun Diamond 3.2 Diesel to see Stuart & Joel at the Tuning Lab. It was struggling to make any power until the very top end of its power range, even worse when towing our horses, it just died on the Devon lanes.
The boys carried out various diagnostics until they nailed the problem and then planned how to sort it.
It seemed a previous owner had removed the DPF and then had a shocking remap to try and bypass it. Joel did a complete wipe of my ECU and wrote a new map, after a few test runs she was running like a train.
The truck was barely making 75bhp with about 130ftlbs of torque, she's now got a huge increase up to just shy of 190bhp with a mahoosive 465ftlbs or torque... Absolutely belting! We tried her last night towing a couple of the shires and it pulled like there was nothing on board.
Can't recommend these guys enough, both are enthusiastic and skilled at what they do even on a workhorse like ours, a pleasure to watch.

I highly recommend tuning lab I recently had them out to do a remap dpf, egr delete and a popcorn limiter fitted and they did a amazing job. I couldn't be happier and it was all done for a great price. Joel was very friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be recommending them to other people thanks guys

Just Had my car mapped with these, and I’m very pleased with the outcome. After a couple trips to them due to a couple problems we stumbled across, it’s now done, and these guys went to no ends to help get my car right and ready for tuning, gave me as much info as they could, and were genuinely interested in seeing the right results, rather than taking money and sending me on my way, can’t recommend tuning lab enough! Thanks Joel and Stuart!

Had my car mapped here today. Guys down there are extremely helpful and answered any questions I had to ask. Car came out with great results with a very safe map. Highly recommend!!

Took my Zafira gsi in today and Stu and the boys did a fantastic job. Easily dealt with my ride being quite low and didn't moan about how loud it was. I was expecting it to be 200+ and it came in at a comfortable 265bhp. Mapping magic then followed which gave me a nice 281.4bhp with 346.8 ft.lbs. Left me super happy, but they weren't finished. They managed to sort a flat spot at 2k and my fuel from running lean, all done whilst taking the best care of my pride and joy. I couldn't recommend them enough

Highly recommended. Absolutely astounded, have been skeptical and taken a while to come around to getting this done as it’s ‘Just a mondeo’ as I’ve been told a couple of times. Was assuming they just took the keys and threw them back to you a bit like a mot judging by the attitude I’ve had in the past.
Stu & Joel couldn’t of been more accommodating (not a bad coffee either). They take genuine interest in your pride in no matter the vehicle or its mundane reputation. Know exactly what they’re doing & Willing to go that step further.
They’ve managed to take a 20 odd year old v6 Mondeo and turned it back into the ‘animal’ it was supposed to be... flatspots removed, horrendous overfuel smell gone with an improved idle, little more power on the dunk, would of difference on the road. Used just under half the fuel getting home going the long way with the straighter roads. Genuinely couldn’t be happier!!
Only gripe.... bit stingy on the stickers but I did get an extra 11bhp from the ones I was kindly gifted.

Took my m135i to these guys turned out to be a huge job due to a poor map by a rival Joel and stu got the map off then put on their own stage 2 huge gains over the previous map all over the Rev range great personal service as well more company’s should be like these guys

Highly recommend theses guys they set up my sons ST3 absolutely spot on much more drivability & torque adding pops & bangs into the map setting the car up on a dyno is the way to go... rather than using a generic plug n play map... many thanks team

Good trip up to tuning lab today, had my A3 2.0tdi 170 mapped by joel what a job he made! Quoted realistic gains and that’s what I got! Would highly recommend, brilliant quality of service and even with minor hiccups didn’t give up and got the job done, would definitely visit again! Proper job

We wanted our bmw 420d xdrive m sport remapped but thought a bench remap was a bit risky. We took it to Tuning Lab where they had the equipment to do it through the OBD port. They did a brilliant safe remap and we are very very happy with the way the car performs now. The service Joel and Stuart gave us couldn't have been better. Thank you. We'll be down soon with our other vehicles when you can fit them in!

Question, what do you do with a range rover sport that's done 113k miles and is feeling a bit sluggish?
Answer, take it to Tuning lab and let Joel loose on it!!
Result, left with a car that feels brand new, pulls better, drives better right through the gears, normally driving up telegraph hill it used to kick down 1 if not 2 gears, not anymore, went up and over in top gear!
