2007 VW Crafter 2.5 136bhp in for one of our custom written remaps including DPF delete and EGR delete. On this one we were asked to boost the torque along with bhp and add a little MPG so we applied one of our blend remaps with excellent results. Was making 90bhp at the wheels (approx 115bhp at the flywheel) with 192ftlbs. Van down on stock power due the the DPF fault (before our software calibration was applied). Now making 139bhp at the wheels (170bhp at the flywheel) with
Out and about again on another mobile remap job. This time saw us custom remapping a 2003 Iveco Coach for more MPG and low down pulling power to help when loaded. The post remap test drive impressed the head mechanic noticing good gains in torque up the steep hills. Now taking bookings on Lorries, Coaches and Tractors in addition to cars and vans. Out on another mobile remap job to give this 2015 Nissan NV400 2.3 DCi 125bhp some extra performance gaining torque, bhp and MPG with one of our custom blend remaps. Estimated figures are a safe and reliable 155bhp with an extra 70nm of torque. One very happy customer with the results.
Chrysler Crossfire 3.2 V6 came in for one of our custom remaps. The main improvements seen were good gains in low-mid range bhp and torque along with top end figures improving with big changes in throttle response and it pulls much smoother too. Lovely sounding engine on these.
Ford Focus MK2 2.5 RS came in for a dyno session with us to check AFR, Boost levels and power figures. Running what is believed to be a Devil Developments remap (Revo Stage 4). This thing is making crazy torque and bhp. On its lowest power run it made 389.3bhp with 460ftlbs. Beast of a car absolutely love it and in Tuning Lab colours too!
Out on a mobile job to remap a 2010 Nissan Navara 2.5 DCi 188bhp to give some more low down torque pulling power and top end bhp to tow a swing shovel. Using one of our dyno developed remaps proven to produce a safe reliable 218bhp with an extra 80nm of torque that should also see more MPG too.
Out to Totally Transporters as this 2010 Volkswagen T5.1 Caravelle 2.0 TDI Bi-Turbo 180bhp was having EGR issues. Rather than replace the expensive part that will fail again (van only done 35,000 miles) we were asked to disable the EGR on the vehicles software to eliminate the problem once and for all. All running perfectly now.
Formula Ford 1600 Crossflow on a twin choke Weber came in for a dyno session and check up before the racing season begins. All running very well and as it should be making 108bhp which is excellent for an old school engine in an extremely lightweight body. We even did some testing on different carb inlets/filters/trumpets to see which gave the most power. Awesome car.
2009 Mitsubishi L200 2.5 DI-D 136bhp came in for one of our Tuning Lab custom blend remaps to gain performance and MPG. This truck surprised us with the power it made with its stock map (the highest we have seen to date making actual quoted stock power) and even more so with the post remap dyno runs.
