Volkswagen MK5 Golf GTi 200ps came in for one of our custom remaps. What an awesome car and the mods done are excellent in particular the fifteen52 Alloy wheels. This car is one of the very few petrol turbo charged vehicles we have had in that has made stock power or above without any faults! Not even a boost leak anywhere! Isuzu D-Max 2.5 Bi-Turbo in for one of our proven custom remaps. This was the 2nd of our customers D-Max fleet he had brought into us after having a extremely poor remap done elsewhere with EML faults and not very good gains in power either. 2016 Renault Trafic 1.6 DCi 120 Bi-Turbo had one of our tried and tested Tuning Lab performance remaps programed into the ECU. This van has just been run in at 3300 miles and has taken extremely well to our remap. Our very own Tuning Lab van with the same remap file programmed into the ECU made 168bhp and 289ftlbs on our dyno rolling road. These engines are fantastic and anyone considering a new van I would highly recommend as would the owner of this one.
2003 BMW 330D 184ps came in for a blend eco/performance remap with us. The injector pump is badly worn with seal issues but still made good gains. Will make more power once the pump is exchanged for a recon unit. Stock torque 303ftlbs. Remap torque 334ftlbs. Stock bhp 148 at the wheels. Remap bhp 166 at the wheels. Transmission losses added would make it now approx 205bhp on a blend remap and faulty injector pump.
Vauxhall Astra 1.9 CDTi 150 in for a custom remap of ours. Customer had previously fitted a tuning box fitted until the engine started losing power so he removed it and got booked in with us for a full ECU remap. 2016 '66' plate BMW 116D 1.5 3 cylinder turbo diesel in for one of our eco/performance custom remaps. This vehicle uses the EDC17C50 ECU which has to have a bench tune. It was making over stock power at 120-125bhp (98.2bhp at the wheels) and 218ftlbs of torque. Now producing 145-150bhp (121.8bhp at the wheels) and 256ftlbs and we have added some MPG too. BMW 118D booked us for one of our mobile remaps. Top spec car now with the performance to match. Applying our Blend eco/performance custom remap its transformed the car. Very pleased customer after the test drive.
Ford Focus 1.8 TDCi 115 came in for a dyno session to check what power it was making after having a remap elsewhere. After the dyno session and chatting to the owner we decided to start a fresh with one of our remaps to try hit 150bhp with some more torque. Was making 138bhp with 247ftlbs now pulling a minimum 145.1bhp and 263.9ftlbs and on the highest dyno run making 149.7bhp and 265.2ftlbs.
