Vauxhall Astra 1.9 CDTi

Vauxhall Astra 1.9 CDTi 150 in for a custom remap of ours. Customer had previously fitted a tuning box fitted until the engine started losing power so he removed it and got booked in with us for a full ECU remap. Was making 138-144bhp with 255ftlbs now 169bhp-175bhp with 296ftlbs without risking reliability and pushing the engine too hard.

Pink stock torque. Light green after our remap. Red stock bhp. Dark green after our remap. Nice gains without maxing it out.
